PC101 wants to have a contest...

so I'm looking for some insight, ideas, assistance... basically, any help I can get my cyber hands on!

I'm thinking it should be a referral contest cuz I'm wanting new members. Has anyone run this type of contest before? Can you give me some pointers on what to be aware... keep in mind... basically your experience on how to make it successful!

For reward, I can offer...

6 months free hosting?

Maybe a doman or two?

Subscription to PCWorld or PCMag <--- that would have to be to US resident only.

Umm.... what else??? Ideas???

And... if anyone would like to throw something in the pot in exchange for place on PC101's home page, that would be grately appreciated! I can add a section on the right that says Contest Sponsers.

So... if y'all can give me some ideas, feedback... your past experience regarding such contests... I'd be grateful!!!
