Ok, I have a pr4 domain name and a pr3 domain name. And I also have a pr0 domain name that I would like to buildup...
If none of them are hosted, is there anyway to use the 3 & 4 to help build the pr0?
Does redirecting the pr3 and 4 to the pr0 help?

if I make a new html page (With a link to the new pr0 domain name) and redirect the pr4 domain name to that url
Will that help google value my new domain name?
