· #1 | | NamePros Member | How do I write my own description Hey guys,
When I search for my site on google this is what I get for the summary: "The time now is Fri Oct 28, 2005 11:47 am The Daily Student Forum Index View unanswered posts ... computer related topics, computer help and..."
My question is, how can I write my own summary or how can I get google to index another description? Thanks |

| Add some words in META tags, which aren't as effective as they were few years ago, that should do. |

| <META name="description" content="write your description here">
Put that in between <HEAD></HEAD> tags on the page. |

| Also it will take awhile before the description changes, until Google spots it |
