| reciprical link question...
I have a link directory that requires a reciprical link to my main page...and that's ok when people link from that main page...BUT I want to use that directory for some of my other pages. It would be a hassle to recreate a brand new link directory for all the other pages, so my question is:
Is it bad manners to use the same directory and required reciprical link when the directory is on other pages? Does that make sense?

I'm confused... Are you referring to copying your directory to multiple pages on your site?
Perhaps explain more with an example?

| go to my link directory and then to add a link. The directory was built for my main site and requires a link back to it. I want to know if it sucks for someone wanting linking to voipbasic.com to put up a reciprical back to my main page. That is to say it is not really a reciprical since the links are on different sites. Is that any clearer or should I just stop digging a hole... | |

I see what you are saying. This is a 3 way link exchange. Its not horrible to do this, but a lot of webmasters will refuse to link to you because they dont consider it exactly "ethical".
