If you want a free link from
http://www.chavstar.com/ (pr1) which is getting several thousands views a day (just noticed a fairly big spike since the schools have gone back, too
), PM me with a small description of your proxy (a sentence or 2 (or 3), and an image if you want (and send it as html, with the image hosted on your site), and i'll write about it and post your description.
If you want to be listed under the best proxies list (which is a link at the top of all pages, so gets a fair amount of hits) all i need is a link back from you somewhere.
