Sedo Offer page has got new features and Looks!

Quote:

Our Offer Details page has a new look and features!

This month Sedo introduces a new Offer Details Page to the website to benefit buyers and sellers. Innovative features include a new Meet the Seller & Meet the Buyer feature, Seller & Buyer Activity Indexes, and VAT (Value Added Tax) information for our members completing transactions in the European market. The new Offer Details Page has a streamlined, easier-to-read design that should encourage members to communicate with one another and complete transactions more efficiently.

I was into Sedo about 30 minutes ago and I saw nothing new except that my control panel insists that I can-t be reached at the registered domain, when I can, and that I must not updated my email using a free provider when I-m not introducing any!

It is undoubtedly a step in the right direction for Sedo. Of course, it is buggy (I was unable to see sales listings yesterday) and Chronos talks of other issues. Also, there is a new "Seller Activity Rating" which shows stars for the number of sales made recently. Although this could help the extremely active sellers it would only hinder others as it could be taken the wrong way for buyers. I, for example, only have one star that could put buyers off.

A few minor issues, however, this is hopefully a sign of Sedo realising that, as this industry changes, so must the platforms in which they are traded.

Yes, I too did not like that Seller Rating feature. Once Looged in, I voted for it as " it wont make any difference" .
