Awful Network Solutions Backflip On Front Running
The company has issued a press release saying:

“Network Solutions has long called for a fee-based solution to eliminate the related abuses of domain name “tasting” and “front running.”

They also call tasting and kiting "abusive as they allow tasters to hold, at no cost, millions of domains that are no longer available to the public for registration."
