I think I registered about 50 domains with them when the first became a registrar. It was kind of a sideline for them as the website pushed hosting, imaging software, web design software, etc. I was pretty happy to get the domains for about $10.99 at the time because it was cheaper than the best other price I could find at a Tucows reseller at $14.99....Well, I was happy until I found out they hid a hefty fee of something like $10 for a registrant name change in the fine print of the TOS. I transferred all my names out to somewhere else and refused to use them for about the next five years. I'm just now starting to warm up to them again.

Unfortunately, much as I use them for their (relatively) good rates and wide use, their designs are assawful, unfriendly and the interface is really annoying.
