is it guranteed? ie. does the coupon work for everybody?what i mean is will they charge me the normal rate?

hippo their is an option to enter any promotional codes during checkout and it works for anybody who wishes to transfer domains for $6

the only bad part is renewals are 15.00 Not competitive
