update on VeriSign's GRS System

Hi everyone!

There was a thread here before about VeriSign planning
to modify their ATLAS system to accept domain record
changes more frequently.

I just came from their site and they're confirmed to go
on Sept. 8 (my b-day, incidentally).

I remember reading about this somewhere. This will be a really needed update to keep up with the new extensions which already have it in place.

This was mentioned in another thread as well. This is a good, practical improvement.
