The new weekly Domain Name Sales Report is out at DNJournal.com and it was a simply spectacular sales week for the industry! There were two 6-figure domain sales and seven more in 5 figures! .TV made its first appearance on the Top Ten - hitting #3 and keeping .com from making what would have been the first clean sweep of the Top Ten. A mid four-figure .info sale led the New TLD chart with a four-figure .biz was #2. There were even .ws sales to report (a rising tide apparently does lift ALL boats!) I'd seen FEM.info sold at Afternic for $1K on 5/1....why it didn't get listed?

Afternic lists domains as sold as soon as an auction ends. However the auction winners don't always pay so we do not report them as official sales until the domain has changed hands. Afternic reports their completed sales to us every Monday. At our request, they do not include domains on their list until they have been paid for and transferred.

Probably but hopefully I will be smart enough to hang on to them this time! Actually I'm still a bit ahead in the .ws game. Though I sold usedbooks.ws for $15 (and the buyer sold it on Sedo for $240), I bought Collectibles.ws on a forum for $10 and sold it on Afternic soon after for $300.
