First of all let me wish all of our readers in the U.S. a happy Independence Day! I hope your July 4th has been a joyous one. While I did manage to grill a couple of hamburgers today, this was Tuesday and my Tuesdays, holiday or not, are devoted to getting out our weekly domain sales report.
It has just been posted and for the first time a .eu domain leads our all-extension Top 20 Sales Chart after going for more than $46,000 at Sedo. That is also one of the six biggest country code sales reported so far this year. Hong Kong also placed a ccTLD domain among the Top 5 on our new leader board and Greece landed one among the Top 10 as the recent boom in country code sales continued.
