Schwartz concluded, "As domainers we are in the right place at the right time and you had to see it years ago to get your proper place. There is only one way to get in the game now and that requires lots of money. Luckily there is a lot of money out there and it is coming our way. The longer they delay, the more they will pay. So that is why I continually refer back to being patient. Doing nothing is making folks fortunes whether they know it or not!"

My question is if this is such an indepth look at the market. Why is it that there is no mention of IDNs? With idn enabled browsers rapidly taking over and the onslaught of a new browser called IE7 is sure to have. Not to mention the continous sales of idn domains in the x.xxx and xx.xxx price range? Why all the secrecy?

I believe this will be the largest oversight your story didn't elaborate on.

Truly an inspirational article. I have 2900 domains but I wish I had 29,000! I especially liked Rick Schwartz's comment about being patient. I was very patient in the early 2000's selling few domains because of low demand. Now I am patient because I am reluctant to sell because I choose to develop or hold for price appreciation.
