You are right. Google toolbar do not show it. But how can parked page got PR2?!

I want to recommend you to google some main publications regarding Page Rank, there are tons of explanation.
If you mention especially my domains, here is wrong thread for this. But I can assure you - I didn't use any black or gray methods for my domains at all, and sources of their parameters can be easily found in few clicks.
