Cheapest place to transfer IDN names?

I've got a few IDN names up for renewal that are in my Dynadot account. Originally I prepaid that account with $500 but it's been over a year & now their pricing structure is back to something like $9.50 for renewals!

Where's the cheapest place to transfer out? I don't want to prepay Dynadot with another $500 to get the cheaper pricing as I've still got quite a bit of funds still there.

.com/.net/.info/.org/.name transfers (With 1 full year extension) for $6.99

They charge $9.99 for new registrations and renewals.

BTW, I haven't used them before. Do your own research before transferring.
