renewal of .cn at enom

Just bought an .cn at Enom, and surprised to see that the renewal is $28 /yr.

Anyone can help to renew cheaper?

Any suggestion of lower cost registrar to transfer the domain out?

The name is a cvcv.cn, not a generic IDN.

Other registrars are charging $1 for english .cn new regged,
so do you think cvcv.cn at least can justify the $28 renewal fee?

I have renewed/transferred ascii.cn for $14 at Dynadot.

Just check Dynadot site which shows 19.99 for transfer/renewal,
which is lower than eNom.
Name.com has a low 2.99 new regged for .cn, but their tranfer is 39.99
