Österlen is a region of Sweden, and 'rum' means 'rooms' in Swedish.
My advice would be to go for something more likely to be typed in. The way to check a term's popularity is to check it on Google trends or do a general search (but make sure you place the term between quotation marks!). There are no guarantees that a high search result will translate to actual type-ins, but it is the best indicator available.

I want to sell this domain, somebody have idea of which the approach value of it, having a Page Rank 4?
Domains are not valued on PR alone. There are almost no results for "österlenrum" and even less for "österlen rum". Does this name recieve traffic? If so, it could be valued off of that, if not I would have to say reg fee at most.
