I believe the 은 at the end of some of these specifies the preceding noun as the subject of a sentence (ie. not a good domain name).

은 means "The".

keep in mind that terms like travel, hotel, cars, ect have been mined heavily since 2000. Many of which were regged in 2000 or picked up for the second or third time via snap or as a drop, I wouldn't expect to find any of that quality in .coms left. If you have local knowledge then maybe a slang term or new term that has emerged might be available in that quality also check other exts they sometimes drop ie business.tv in korean posted in the appraisal section. I would bet that somebody dropped that for it be a fresh reg no way that was the first time that was regged imo. after the top tier of names several have posted recently on other forums that they are currently fresh regging names, generic, commercial, so good luck.

It is up to you. I believe the alternate words are less popular, anyway confirm with a native speaker.

So, and forgive me for flagrantly jumping on the wagon here, but are these types of names registered as <characters>
.com , <characters>
.net , etc.?
