Interesting that I've lived in Finland for more than 8 years and I've never heard or seen this word til now. I wonder if it's only Helsinki (stadin) slang - I live in Tampere.

Restricting a google search to "öky" with quotes and only the .fi extension, there are 5,580 results.

According to google keyword tool, this term has "low" search volume, but not "very low".

Checking öky.fi, it was taken in September, 2005. Going to the site reveals a text that asks "do you want this domain and a web hotel for it? You can get this domain "economically" (cheaply). Strange, since it's against the law to reserve dot fi domains for the purpose of resale.

And when the TM only applies to the picture and not words, then it has a disclaimer like this "Rekisteröinti ei tuota yksinoikeutta merkin tekstiin." (registration doesn't include single-usage rights to the mark's text). But the above link doesn't say that, so it's a big fat TM.
