High Priced Forum RULES


9/26/09 Note: Due to the overwhelming number of ccTLD submissions to the high priced forum, we have implemented a High Priced ccTLD Forum. Please submit any HP cctlds to this forum for approval.

Note: All threads submitted to the high priced forum are subject to review. Not all submissions are accepted. If accepted, your thread will be listed within 24 hours.

We try to select the best names submitted, with consideration given to fair coverage of members and extensions. Please do not PM staff members asking to be approved or why your post was not approved.

We recommend that you look over other domains included in this section to have an idea of the 'types' of domains that are accepted as well as what type of information should be included in your post.

Please do not PM Staff Members asking to look over lists of domains to see which would be accepted.


SELLER RULES

1. Maximum two active threads at any time. Only One new thread in every 24 hour period.

2. All listings in US$.

3. Please list registrar and expiration date for ALL domains posted for sale.

4. Links to screen shots of Traffic and/or revenue must be provide if you are claiming either with regard to ANY name in your sale.

5. NO PayPal fees may be charged to buyers! Per PayPal's TOS, sellers may NOT charge buyers fees for using PayPal, therefore it is not permitted on NamePros transactions.

6. Only one "bump" is allowed every 24 hours. "Still available"....and the like are considered bumps. Threads that bump in less than 24 hours are unfair to other members and will be deleted.

7. Post names you are auctioning in your sales thread

8. No external links to domains for sale.

9. No external links to websites outside of NP

10. No links/urls to domains for sale.

11. No "see my sig" posts

12. No Stealth posts "PM me for the name" type posts..Names must be posted.

13. Any post containing any Adult language names will be deleted.

14. No Crossposting no copying/partial copying of sales between the sales forums.

15. Consolidate multiple domains for auction into one (1) auction thread for convenience and courtesy. The continued growth of our community makes this necessary to keep things running smoothly for EVERYONE.

16. Posted threads will remain valid for seven days following the thread starter's most recent post in the thread, unless specified otherwise by the thread starter.

17. NO hidden fees of any type, transfers (etc.) Please make it clear if any special conditions or charges are necessary due to registrar policies.

BUYER RULES

1. No Comments in Sales threads. Clarifications can be done via pm.

2. Please observe the minimum offer of $1,000 in this forum

3. If you post SOLD for any name in any thread, it is considered binding.

Infraction points could be awarded or sales voided at the discretion of the moderators as required to ensure smooth functioning of the marketplace.
