Need a file cover designed

We need a file cover to be designed for our company. It will include a header, a logo and some guidelines, which are already done. What we need is to have it well presented and designed. I will give NP$60 to you for designing it.

Yeah, Bill is correct. Most people wouldn't even consider starting a logo design contest for 60NP$! You are asking for the whole lot! Not likely to attract many decent designers!

Oh no! I think I wasn't very clear. I already have the logo and text that I will give in PM!!
What I need is a nice clean/formal design to have an nice looking file cover that will be printed in Black & White, to attract the attention of the people who will receive the file.

I'm truly sorry for the confusion!

Even so, 60NP$ is a crazily low prize. I'd say a price more around the 400 - 600NP$ or $50 would be more appropriate to attract the really good designers.
