Header & Logo Needed

I need a banner and logo for www.DrillTeamTalk.com. It's a phpBB forum.

You can see the style my wife selected for it there. Very...Purple.

Anyway, a "Drill Team" is Poms, flags, and dance teams usually associated with marching bands, but they have their own competitions. (The Luv-a-Bulls are a Drill team)

The logo and header would have to complement the current style in use.

I'm paying $10USD (Paypal) & 400+ NP$ (the rest of my stash) to an artist who'd like the gig.

Anyone with access to Royalty free stock photography that could use images like marching bands, but particularly POMS & Dance would be a plus. This site is going to be for girls mostly so if you fear your feminine side steer clear.

Let me know if your interested and attach some examples of your work.

Derp...actually I just set the name servers yesterday...hasn't propagated throught the internet...works some places, but not others.
