Just alerting the designers of this board to a logo contest on rackchat!

In order to kickstart our new community we are holding a logo design contest for an upcoming tech support site, AngryTechs.com. The new site will start off as a community forum but will expand its services to eventually offer live tech support in many computer and internet related areas among others.

Prizes:
-First Prize : $200
-Second Prize : 50,000 top position impressions on RackChat
-Third Prize : 10,000 bottom position impressoins on RackChat

Rules:
-All entries must be submitted to contest@rackchat.com by 11:59pm EST time, on March 31st 2005.
-All entries must be unique, original and follow the theme of AngryTechs.
-Only members with 20 posts or more will be eligible for the prizes.
-We do not guarantee anything in this contest, so enter at your own will.
-Once our decision is made and the prizes have been handed out, members of RackChat will be able to vote for their favourite entry out of the 3 we have picked. The winner of that poll will get 10,000 top position impressions on RackChat.
-And most of all, Have Fun!

Question when you say "Only members with 20 posts or more will be eligible for the prizes." are you talking about 20 posts on RackChat or on NamePros? BTW, nice contest, might think of entering, but just because it says "We do not guarantee anything in this contest, so enter at your own will." I'm still thinking about it.

PS. Any specific details about the Logo? such as Size, Color Scheme, Slogan, etc.? This would help out a lot for me and other designers.

Sadly we cannot guarantee a prize, but are working on a participation prize and upgrading the second and third place prizes.

We'll be updating members on the contest in this thread

As for the slogan we are leaving it up to you. If we recieve some ideas we like we will post them in the thread mentionned above to give you an idea of what we are looking for.

Just a logo will do, but if you want to add a slogan you may do so.
