   | super NooB on the web Hi, anyone willing to share how one should start on getting to web design? I have no programming skill beside some visual basic (very very basic). I do know MS excel and words though  well, i am willing to buy a book or 2 to learn some language or design but not some which teach you how to get on the web  ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/graphic-design-flash/70243-super-noob-on-the-web.html Please advise. Which language should one learn first? HTML? XML? XHTML? JAVA? PHP? PERL? they are all letters to me  cheers

| HTML FIRST! html is the most langauge in web design (my opinion and probably many others too) If you want to learn html you can goto sites like www.pixel2life.com they have thousands of tutorials. If you still dont find what your looking for pm me and il teach you a bit
