Tattoo Graphic Design Help Needed

I had a friend draw a tattoo for me, which came out amazing. I'm glad I scanned it to save, because the actual drawing is long lost. I was wondering if anyone here was bored and wanted to help me out..

Here is my tattoo design scan:

I would like to add the New York City skyline with the twin towers to the top of the tattoo, with a ribbon around the twin towers.

I'm looking to get this tattoo'ed very soon, but can't seem to find anyone that can photoshop this.. If you, or anyone you know can do this please let me know.

Do you have a Larger scale image size of that? the bigger the better, maybe attach it to your post, it would make it easier for designers to recreate it with a larger image to work with..
