Swish flash menu animation lag? Any swish experts out there?

I'm modeling a swish 3.0 website I'm building off of this Template Monster swish template:

SWiSH template #21994 by Svelte

I'm a novice and this is my template so far:

http://www.searchsites.ms11.net/elegant.swf

If you brush your cursor over the menus on both templates, you'll notice my menu animation is not as smooth as the template monster template. (note; my menu doesn't have any text right now,it's just colored bars to the left on my template)

I don't understand why my menu animation seems clunky and lags while the template monster template's menu is very smooth. How do I replicate that menu smoothness in my work?

Can anyone help me? Please?

Thank you.

Sorry, I don't see it in my PM's. I think I'm too new to get PM unfortunately.

... and he's too new to send a PM.. He likely failed if he tried?

A lot of these effects are great but just not well supported so I'd steer clear of anything that gives you odd results, or save it for an alt-page.

I had a friend working on a huge email fax site and the sad truth is that all his fancy work and hard effort was a wash because the SEOs veto'd 90% of the flash content he'd made.

On the bright side, with my really fast quad core work machine your current stuff seems to be rather smooth/fluid.

Did you try to view it with Chrome?

Yea, since I originally posted I had replaced the menu with a different one and it seems to work much better. (Sorry to tell you it wasn't your quad). Thanks for your response, though.
