Flash to Gif

I have made a flash logo, just how I like it.

But the places where I need to put it, I find, are not made to really handle a flash graphic.

Does anyone know how to convert a flash animation to a gif antimated file?

Well, you could always take a screenshot of it. Then use Photoshop, paste it, and save it as a GIF image.

EDIT: Sorry misread it.

Perhaps, you could use a screen recorded, and then convert the AVI to GIF. Or you could try doing a Google search: flash to gif - Google Search
