What to check for Flash banner designer?

What do you look for while searching designer for your flash ads? Here are some points which I have found very relevant:
• Experience of banner designing in Adobe Flash
• Designer’s portfolio
• Customized sizes of flash banners
• Creative approach
• Output delivery format
• Customer testimonial
• Turnaround

Do you have any other suggestions to add?

I created a great flash banner using Nasser FX and I would like to insert it on the homepage of my Tripod website. After creating the banner, two files were created: "dots.swf" and "dots.txt" The txt file contains what appears to be code and the swf file is the actual banner I created.
I have uploaded both files to the root directory of my site and Tripod contains a nice "add your own HTML tool," but I can't get everything to come together.

Try Abode Flash Player to run dots.swf and check if the .swf file was properly created or not.
You need to know HTML and CSS to embed your Flash banner to an HTML page.

I have been using flash banner designer software for so long it is a good and reliable softwrae which designs good banners for website ads and others..
