Price Check

What would I be looking to pay to have something coded like this:

A 800x600 flash file
Black background with white writing as needed
A loading bar will come up like a normal site (xx% Loaded)
At 75% Loaded, the bar will start going down to zero, and the "xx% Loaded" will be replaced with "ERROR"
A logo of some sort will come up
Some animated text (LIKE SOMEONE TYPING - EACH LETTER COMING UP ONE AT A TIME)
An audio file being played
A text link with hover effects

I will try and make a image version of it, just not making any guarantees

It's for this new hacking site I am opening soon, and I want it to look like the site got hacked.
