Critics on my simple flash XML gallery!

Hi
Would appreciate your comments and suggestion on the following flash XML gallery. It is really simple, but I am more concerned about the design.

http://anamulgraphics.com/gallery/gallery.html

Thanks for your time.

I think the transparency of the images when loaded should change faster and also not change equally over time, but instead rather make it to start slow and then and the end faster, believe me that will look nicer

I think the rest of your site will make or break the design. But, if you're looking for a good flash gallery...I would just use "Simple Viewer".

But nice job if you built that yourself!

I agree.
Yes, I made it myself.

I am planning to match my flash website design with the gallery. I intend to keep the website size small. Also some CSS job needs to be done, which I am putting off for the completion of the website.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your feedback.

It loads very slow,
try to make it faster please..
Sometimes the viewers will not proceed to the slide if it loads very slow.
But i like the gallery...
Just improve it.

Please make it more
faster in loading the images.
Its not good if it takes time.

Not all viewers and visitors have same patience.

agreed its too small to see, and i think you must simply the borders around it...if you want to focus on your image, dont give another detail around it, just make a simple borders
