![]() ![]() | I'd say V1 and lower one with text as it looks a little more crisp the bottom one would tie in with the company bramding as it uses the logo.

![]() ![]() | I like V1 better It's clear that's a J, the second one is confusing, you don't know if that's an U, a J, a random curvy shape or what. ie, on the text logos the first thing it jumps to me is TUDzine, maybe TIDzine but never TJDzine. Get rid of the logo in the circle (or use a circle with a white or black bg and a thicker border). The red fonts are very compressed in spacing, let them breathe a little more, otherwise it looks like you really wanted to add that line so you forced it. Make it smaller and a little more spaced IN recap, I'd use the V1 logo only that using green and black as you have in the first text logo. I'd get rid of the circle to avoid redundancy and get rid of the slogan or at least make it smaller. And I'd change the slogan color to some gray, something between #333 and #999 for white BG |

????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/graphic-design-flash/548641-critique-this-logo-please.html I was using example in the bottom image to judge my number choice.. You seem to have v2 on top in that 3rd picture... I actually meant to pick v2 in this case. (dont change order of things half way through! )
