The only thing I have a problem with is the text. I believe the text could be a little easier to read. But the wolf does look nice and so does the rest

I would say 'banner' rather than 'logo'. It doesn't really explain what it is supposed to be representing, or what the assumed website is about. I would also get rid of the blue 'z'... no-one really uses the word "screwz", it seems rather unprofessional; but again that would depend what the use of it is for.

The Logo looks very awesome but not so with the text.
Why is it that the character "Z" has different color?
Is is part of your logo concept?
