   | Need Flash Help I have an image I need for a website, It is basically a prison guard tower. I need someone that can make it look like there is a search light moving around.It will hopefully be simple, I will provide you with the tower I would like to use. Just let me know how much we are looking at to get this done.

 | Probably be better off in the "Web Development Required" subforum, since this looks like it's a paid job. Most of the freelancers hang out there.
