No sound on flash videos problem

Hello
I have a site at http://tinyurl.com/2umvjk. recently I changed the flash video player on the site. I have many users complaining that they have No sound when listening to the videos. I can't find the problem on any of my computers. Can anyone help with a solution? Do you have sound when on the site?

Thanks

Thanks for letting me know. I have found that this is a problem with some users. Not even the maker of the most popular video player knows why this is happening as of yet http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?thread=11276

I can hear the sounds fine too. It probably has something to do with the version of flash player that the user has installed. If they can't hear it, see if upgrading to the latest version helps.

Also, i think certain site stat things like google analytics will keep track of what version of flash and stuff people have so that might be useful to see if you should just get a new video player or what.
