Psp X1 Help

I am a newbe to fourms and PSPPX1
If I could get help with resising photos,like step by step from when I click on resizing to the end .I do good with cropping.I am taking a large photo of a race car and cropping,sizing,and painting.My problem is I resize in INCHES width and height and when I print its not the sizes I put in.Can`t figure out what I am doing wrong.
Any pointers on painting would be appreciated

you should be able to choose what dimensions you resize in. I guess Psp X1 is the application? I've never heard of it, when you go to image->rezise or what ever, see if you can change it to pixels.

PSPX1 = Paint Shop Pro Photo X1 (X1 being the version number, much like Photoshop CS3)

On a further note, there's quite a bit of tutorials on how to use their software more effectively here:
