Agreed - Flash, without a doubt. Unless you're going for presentation or gaming, then you might want to look at the professional engines used by the likes of WETA, EA, etc.

Flash is probably the best animation program, unless you want to use photoshop. They have advanced features.

Yeah Image Ready is pretty good but I still think Flash is the way to go!

I used to use one called Barborosa GIF editor but Flash is pretty good

flash is really really, overpriced once the trial has ran out.
pivot is good for stickmen ><

flash, is great, but 3ds max is all the way with it's shockawe plug in, i don't think it power can be rivalled by many. allthough it's stupidly expensive.

Flash tops the list, followed by Imageready, in my opinion. Imageready comes with Photoshop.
