For some basic flash works for headers in my site , i want to learn some flash.

Would you please recommend some flash tutorials for beginners

Kirupa.com is a nice community for Flash developers - there's lots of Flash tutorials too which should get you started here: http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash/index.htm
