Photoshop question?

I am new to Photoshop and I'm trying to figure out how to import new texts into it. I have a few texts that I need to use but Photoshop doesn't have them, how do I add these?

have you put them into the font folder for windows?
you can put them in by going to control >> fonts
then you drag the fonts into the fonts folder and they'll install themselves.

They have to go into the windows/fonts folder. like rusty said.

I made a shortcut in the sendto folder so i just right click the font files and click send to fonts and its installed.

If you do this, the fonts will only be usable in photoshop. put them in C:\windows\fonts\ to use them in anything
