i used learneky to get the basics down, i started in flash 5, i believe learnkey has some actionscript lessons now too.
how i learned flash:
learnkey (
www.learnkey.com ) - to figure out what was going on
and
FlashMXFiles (
www.flashmxfiles.com ) whenever i had a question
