Neither of the two could be regarded as professional... they're both too busy and intricate. However, of the two, the second has greater impact because of the red 'star'. Personally I'd loose the stethescope/clipboard stuff.
The better of the two in my opinion is #1, but both are too confusing to be effective. When someone looks at a logo, they shouldn't have to 'think' about what the heck it is.

Logo 1 hands down. The second one is awful. I wouldn't classify either as "professional" but if we just need to decide which of the two is better...the first one beats out the second one any day of the week.

the first is the best, its simpler, easyer to read. the second has that asterick that look like a bullet hole, and it has way to much red in one big spot.
If you are asking for a logo review, it is always better to provide a bigger version for the readers to see. You can always watermark it, but if you want better opinions, larger versions are always helpful.
Judging from what I can see, the former logo looks way better than the latter. The logo#2 has a strange blur effect associated with it, I don't know if it's only me.
Anyways, my vote goes for Logo # 1

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I guess I should have stated that there is a "click to enlarge" feature with both jpegs, so you can see how it looks larger.
