To edit or change the pictures, you will need to have the fla. file of that flash.

1.i downloaded a flash intro template, they only provide .swf files. am i able to modify abit of it? like the symbol or logo with a decompiler program?

2.I download another template. This time it has both the .fla and .swf file. The manual says i can edit the text simply from a text file. however i would like to go futher.

a) i want to change the pictures. There is no external folder for me to edit the pictures. i have to edit the .fla file to edit. however the animations that i create do not look professional. What should i do?
b) i want to have extra headings . They only provide Home, aboutus, service, history, contact. Can i add more? more pagers and more links in the page? and using which software i can insert more headings?

3.I then downloaded the 3rd Flash Intro Template.I have both the .fla and .swf file. This template has a nice intro however there are no links and no headings to click. its interface is like more a presentation to me.The question is.. can i insert headings or links to it so it looks more like a website?
how can i do that ? frontpage?

You can only edit a flash file in Macromedia Flash.

My Advice:

You seem to have next to nothing of experience with flash and it won't be worth the large amount of time it will take you to learn how to do all the stuff you want to when someone else could do it for you for a moderate fee in a sixteenth of the time.

Also take more time when your writing your posts. When we had those two PM's I couldn't follow what you wanted me to answer/do and thus I didn't reply the second time. Sorry.

Your post above mine was very easy to follow though.
