Can you convert Photoshop to Flash?

Hellp! How do I convert Photoshop CS .psd to flash .fla??? I would love to have the layers intact.... if that is not possible, tell me you rmethod anyways! Nothing on the search engines...

I use a program called PSD2FLA from medialab.com. Works very nice. Exports right to Flash MX.
