How do you create curves \ wave effects in PS?

Hi everyone,

This may look like a simple effect to the pros, but im no sure how to achieve it in PS. Im designing a web page and i like designs with flowing curves ( I think it looks cool & modern looking) but Im not sure how to make these effects in PS. To give you an example of what i like, look at these example of sites (especially the first 2 pages)

http://www.nitro-net.com/design-temp...-furniture.htm

How can I make beautiful curves with nice colours like these? If anyone can point me to a tutorial of somesort it would be great.

Thanks

Try this, Draw your line to the length and width that you want it then making sure your on the same layer hit edit - rotate canvas - 90CW then go to filter - distort - shear and change it from there.
