Ok they banned my account 3 months ago then i apply for new account with my mother name but they not respond my application, 4 days ago i try to apply again with my name... and yesterday they approve my application, lucky me or soon i'm in trouble
Did you ever try appealig your ban? Maybe they finally approved your appeal and just let you open a new account? (Ok, that's being overly-optimistic, just trying to think of a way that you would have nothing to worry about ).

Nope, i send email 3 months ago i think... then i apply new application 5 days ago I don't know why they approve it, maybe they forgive me or they made mistake too
On my email I ask them :
Q : Can I have my account back or apply for new account?
A : Bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla somethin about TOS *i forgot* but i think the answer is "no u can't"
Bad clicks or fake traffics coz i set my web as a homepage in every comp. on my internet cafe
You can browse... just don't click on the ads or tell others too. I'm guessing that was the problem, because Google isn't going to care about impressions at the same ip. But they are going to care when it starts getting lots of click.
That being said, several years ago, I was in a computer lab with my class. Someone told everybody the url of one of his site and everybody went to it. Then he asked them to click on an ad. I, I mean, he.. made like 16 dollars just from that. And Google never said anything.
If you tell your friend to click on the ad. What's the problem there really? -- I don't say it's a good thing to do - but how Google would determine that you told your friend to do this? And If Google will ban you because of their predictions and thoughts, then we have to take our advertising else where. You don't know some one could be sitting there just to harm your Google Adsense ads without your knowledge.
yea ofcourse they forgive you, otherwise they don't apprive you second time they got the databse of the accounts and they can find banned users also so may be they forgive you and deleted from ban list.
