I changed my domain for a site which has adsense ad and now is it good?
can they recognize the site?

It might take a few days to get the correct ads. You will probably see public service ads until google crawls your new domain.

Or if your site is a forwarded site or one on the same server as another, it could show non-related ads for a while.
Google will find/recognize you though, don't worry ;-)

So If I add new sites I don't need approval?
I just paste the code in?

just paste the code in, as long as the sites don't break the terms ( no porn, warez, "site coming soon" ect ect)
