google adsense? quick question?

ok i earned $40 on google adsense around about 3-4 months ago everything is verrified now should have they sent a cheque by now cause i havnt recieveed 1 and it was 3-4 months ago i earned that or dont i get a cheque until i reach $150 because arnt u suposto get a cheque even if you only get $10 once it reacher like the 15th or something.

Payment threshold is $100 in the US

The $10 is the threshold where they will request verification and tax information and ask you to select your payment method.

Once your account cross $10, you are required to enter tax information or Pin number. Pin number is sent at your mailing address. You will get paid only after you reach $100.

You still have to use google adsense and make another 60USD $ to get paid!
Their minimum payout is 100$ /haven't you read the tos ?!
