I have a question about a wordpress theme that i found and i want to know if its alright to use or if its against the Adsense TOS.

The theme looks like Google's results page. If you place an add above the posts, you could make the ad look EXACTLY as the post and Adsense can ban you if you trick users and extreme blending.

I see no ad on the page that you have mentioned in your post [ericulous.com/demo/].

Anyway, Adsense no longer like to see blending that confuses users to think that the content and the ads are the same. You should contact adsense and ask them about the theme so that you are no the safe side.

Well they might. I used to something bit like and got a mail from Google asking me to change it within 3 days. So better ask them by contacting them but usually they simply ask u to read rules.
