Is it normal for the adsense to change according to the submission?
Confused?

Lets take this example LINK

I am seeing a banner related to designs and templates.
Question is this legal? Will I have any prob as my site is only providing some few info about the site it checked. A lot of my friends said that we need to have a certain amount of content before it can show the related adsense adverts.

There are two things:

Is it allowed to use adsense on pages with less content?

I think Adsense is ok to use if you are providing good service or content. In your case, it will be the service that your site is providing and I think it is perfectly ok to use adsense.

However, if you want to be 100% sure, then you may contact adsense support and ask this question.

The other thing is the relevancy of ads that appear in your site. For that, you may need some content. Normally, adsense show relevant ads if there is fair amount of content on a page.

You can also do section targeting to get relevant ads.

That's called interest based advertising. Google will show ads based on your previous browsing to the internet. They track it from cookies in your PC to determine which ads to be shown. If you have previously visited sites about "football" more than other sites, most likely the ads with "football" topic will be shown.
