Earning from impression?

Do google pay for impression(cpm) also or they are just CPC based?

Adsense do pay for impressions, but normal publishers cannot choose this option themselves. Only premium publishers have this options but normal users may see some earnings for impression from the normal ads.

I am not 100% sure about it. You can contact adsense support to confirm this.

Sometimes I see like 10 cents which come from CPM I think. You can't choose it as a option but they pay you for those CPM ads they show among other ads time to time.
