Visit Adsense site everyday?

is there any problem if i visit my adsense account everyday.

will it cause any problem to me? My friend told me not to visit everyday....

Visiting is okay, if you don't overdo it. Clicking on your own site's ads is not allowed. See this Question in adsense help.

Your adsense ACCOUNT? No, of course not - where did your friend get that information?

Lots of people log into their account daily to check their stats.

If you were talking about visiting a SITE where you run Adsense ... still shouldn't be a problem unless you visit so much that you inflate the impression stats. If you're worried, turn off javascript in your browser and the ads won't show.

Just don't click on your own ads - EVER!!!!!!!

(oops - dman_2007 and I posted pretty much the same answer at the same time!)
